These sessions can be conducted online, where I accompany you virtually via WhatsApp as you walk in your chosen natural setting, or we can arrange to meet face-to-face.     Rooted in IFS therapy and enhanced by expressive arts, this approach requires no prior experience. You don’t need to be skilled in drawing, writing, or painting—what’s important is your openness to exploring and unlocking your creativity.
